Synopsis

Felic was born to a family of rice farmers in a world where rice is terribly unappetizing. On his eighth birthday, he is granted the skill [Rice Variety Improvement] and also regains the memories of his past life where he was a rice lover. While those around him laugh at it as a “dud skill,” the dishes he makes with his delicious, improved rice—like rice porridge, onigiri, and unique creations such as scorched-rice sandwiches and rice pizza—are a massive hit with the people of this other world! This former Japanese man, along with a divine beast who has become his rice-loving friend, is about to start a rice revolution!
