Synopsis

Tatsumi Kyo, the heir to a wealthy family, one day contracts a terminal illness and is given a prognosis of limited time left to live. Before he dies, he feels there are things he still wants to do. Among them, he decides to use ten accounts in his favorite game, “Shinyu Fantasy Legend,” to achieve achievements no one has ever accomplished before. After completing this, he falls into a coma. When he wakes up, he realizes he's in the world of “Shinyu Fantasy Legend” and is shocked to find that his friends and family from the game have the exact same names and appearances as those in the real world. Which world is the real one?! After an attack by the Izumi family, Kyo realizes that “if he doesn't act, he and his loved ones will experience a game over.” For the sake of himself and those he cares about, Kyo makes a resolve!
