Synopsis
A man obsessed with passing the civil service exam receives an otherworldly offer from a mysterious restaurant owner: regress to Joseon Dynasty and become Chief State Councilor within a set timeframe, or forfeit his soul. Armed with no special knowledge or modern technology, Kim Un-haeng must survive the deadly political struggle between King Yeongjo and Crown Prince Sado while climbing the treacherous ranks of government.
