Synopsis

Hikaru Kurihashi is left on the street after her family's café burns down. She is asked by the wealthy Kenbishi family to pretend to be Kuroda Yasuchika's fiancée as “Yoshiko Kenbishi,” the daughter of an eloped daughter of the wealthy Kenbishi family who is trying to make her way in the Imperial capital, and she ends up playing the role of a double. Hikaru pretends to be Yoshiko and pretends to be Yasuchika's fiancee for the sake of his family.
