Synopsis

In the Heavenly Realm, resided an ordinary civil servant named Yu Gongzi. One day, he, who was employed by the Matchmaking Office, and Yao Shaosi from the God of Wealth's Office, accidentally intertwined the Red Rope of Romance with the Silver and Gold Rope of Wealth, causing numerous complications in mortal relationships. As a punishment for their mistake, the Jade Emperor sent the two men who were already at odds with each other to the mortal world. Yu Gongzi was transformed into a golden hamster, while Yao Shaosi became a snake. In this new mortal realm, they crossed paths with an ordinary human girl named Leng Qingyang.
